Koerner Distributor, Inc. presented a check to the United Way of Effingham County in the amount of $11,500 for funds raised during the 2019 Annual Barstool Golf fundraiser that was held on March 2nd and was sponsored by Koerner Distributor.
Participating bars included; Gabby Goat, The Orchard, Scrubby’s, Shoebox, Brickbat, Ping’s, Kenter’s, Effing Brew, Gopher’s Grill, Teutopolis Banquet Hall, The Office, Danny’s, Trucker’s Pub, The Midway and the Effingham Event Center.
CEFS / Central Illinois Public Transit provided buses for complimentary shuttle service to those participating in the event.
Proceeds from the event benefit United Way local partner agencies.
