Effingham Mayor Jeff Bloemker recently signed a proclamation designating August 26th thru September 2nd as United Way Week.
The proclamation acknowledges the organization’s 57 years of service in Effingham County. United Way currently provides support to 25 local partner agencies through money provided by Effingham County businesses and residents.
